How to Register with eClaims

To have eClaims integrated into Claim Manager, you need to register with eClaims.

To register with TELUS Health eClaims, go to eClaims registration page. Or copy this link into your Internet browser  
https://www.telushealth.co/eclaims/

After your registration is complete, you will receive the following information

  • User Name
  • Password
  • Provider ID
  • Clinic ID
  • Location ID

After you enter this information into Claim Manager eClaims’ setup, you will be able to submit your group benefits claims through Claim Manager.

Opticians need to register as an organization and select “Optical supplier” in Organization type.
Register as “Independent professional” if
  • you are an independent provider and
  • you are not registering on behalf of a hospital, clinic or private practice office with multiple providers.
That means that if you are a solo practitioner working for your own clinic, which is a legal entity, you can still register as an independent professional. An independent professional is allowed to register one or more locations and add additional administrative users, such as owners and/or receptionists, if they manage his or her billing. However, if your solo practice plans to expand and employ other practitioners, you may want to register as an organization even if you are solo at the moment.
Yes, the location of services is indicated on the claims, so you must register every location.

If you are not sure about your user name, password, provider ID, location ID, etc, call us or TELUS Health Tier2 Service Desk at 1-866-240-7492 and request the Provider Spreadsheet for Software Vendor. The sheet will contain all the information that you need for the integration.
If you can’t locate the information that is necessary to complete your eClaims Setup in Claim Manager, you can request “Provider Spreadsheet for Software Vendor” from TELUS Health Support.
