How to Register with eClaims
To have eClaims integrated into Claim Manager, you need to register with eClaims.
To register with TELUS Health eClaims, go to eClaims registration page. Or copy this link into your Internet browser
After your registration is complete, you will receive the following information
- User Name
- Provider ID
- Clinic ID
- Location ID
After you enter this information into Claim Manager eClaims’ setup, you will be able to submit your group benefits claims through Claim Manager.
- you are an independent provider and
- you are not registering on behalf of a hospital, clinic or private practice office with multiple providers.

Please be advised that if you need to submit claims to any of the Federal Administered programs, you need to use Medavie Blue Cross portal.The portal allows submitting claims for following programs
- Canadian Armed Forces (CAF)
- Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)
- Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC).
